To Mum, With Love

Waking up way before dawn,
Just when a dew is born,
Fixing breakfast for two sleepy-heads,
While they remain snoring in bed.

Being head of a department, a tough job it is,
Rushing to work everyday through jams you can't miss,
Hey people, buck up, for here comes the boss,
Finish your work and mind what is yours.

Taste her delicious cooking,
You'll never be able to stop yourself from eating,
Sugar and spice and all things nice,
Cannot compare with her pizzas and pies.

She's elegant, she's stylish,
She's a classic beauty,
And she's none other than...
My wonderful mummy.
